According to a survey of mobile smartphone users conducted in December 2022 in the United States, 25 percent of users aged 55 and older strongly agreed with the notion that the cookies consent pop-up was disrupting their mobile web experience. Additionally. approximately 33 percent of users in this age group reported agreeing with the statement. While users in general were more likely to agree with the statement, approximately 13 percent of users aged between 35 and 54 years old reported they did not find the pop-up disrupting of their activity.
