China: core inflation rate monthly 2024 | Statista

In December 2024, the core consumer price inflation rate in China, which does not include food and fuel prices, increased by 0.4 percent compared to the same month of the previous year. On an annual average basis, core inflation reached 0.5 percent in 2024. This was slightly higher than overall consumer price inflation, which ranged at only 0.2 percent in 2024 and was mainly pushed down by lower fuel prices.
