According to a survey done in February 2024, 85 percent of community health centers (CHCs) reported their patients had difficulty with Medicaid renewal as they did not understand the renewal notice. While another 68 percent of CHCs reported that their patients had difficulty navigating the state website for Medicaid renewal.
