Smoked during pregnancy is defined as any smoking during the last 3 months of pregnancy.
Quit smoking during pregnancy is defined as no smoking during the last 3 months of pregnancy among women who smoked during the 3 months before pregnancy.
Smoked during postpartum period is defined as any smoking at the time of PRAMS questionnaire administration (approximately 2–6 months after delivery).
