During a December 2023 survey among consumers owning a connected TV (CTV) device in the United States, 70 percent of respondents said they did not scan QR codes on CTV advertisements because of a lack of interest in the product or brand being advertised. This was followed by 21 percent of respondents stating the ad did not appear for long enough.
