According to a 2024 survey conducted among active loyalty program users in Australia, the leading preferred benefit of retail loyalty schemes among Millennials was being able to pay in full using loyalty points, with just over 70 percent of respondents in the generational cohort indicating this. Regular discounts and cashback based on spending were also highly desired retail loyalty program advantages among Millennials surveyed.
