Largest rookie contracts in the NBA in 2024

As the first pick of the NBA Draft for the 2024/25 season, Zaccharie Risacher of the Atlanta Hawks had the most valuable contract among that season's new batch of rookies. For the first two years of Risacher's contract, the Frenchman was guaranteed to earn 25.8 million U.S. dollars. If the Hawks decided to trigger Risacher's contract for a further two years, the number one pick would earn 57.2 million U.S. dollars during a four-year stint at Atlanta.
