Number of VC fintech investments in Brazil 2013-2023

The number of venture capital (VC) fintech investments in Brazil increased significantly between 2013 and 2021, peaking in 2021 with 207 investment rounds. After that, investment activity decreased gradually, dropping to 86 deals in 2023, the lowest number since 2018.
