In 2023, over 56,800 non-rechargeable hybrid cars were in circulation in the Stockholm county of Sweden. Stockholm was followed by Västra Götaland in the ranking, with some 32,100 hybrid electric cars in its fleet. These volumes were, however, lower than the volume of electric cars registered in these counties.
