A survey conducted in 2023 revealed that 35 percent of consumers in the United States cited Italian cuisine as their favorite. Preferences differed based on age groups, with younger individuals showing less inclination towards it. Only 22 percent of those aged between 18 and 24 favored it. In contrast, among those over 55, the preference doubled to 44 percent.
