A survey conducted in the United States in January 2024 shows what customers consider most important when placing online orders. Around 75 percent of respondents want to avoid having to pay fees when returning a product, and almost 65 percent want easy ways to return the items if needed. The survey also revealed that approximately half of the online shoppers desired a delivery within two to three days.
