In 2023, for the majority of companies in Poland, high costs were the biggest barrier in the decision to implement artificial intelligence solutions. Especially for trade companies, for nearly 45 percent of them, high costs were a barrier. Lack of expected benefits was for less than ten percent, a barrier.
