A survey conducted in the United States in 2024 shows that over half of online shoppers (52 percent) believe that the stores where they are buying products are already using artificial intelligence (AI). However, nearly two-fifths of consumers are not sure about the usage of this technology by the shops, and around 10 percent think that AI is not being used at all.
