In 2023, a total of around 525,220 tonnes of frozen vegetables were sold in Germany, of which 297,057 tonnes were sold via food retailers, while around 228,162 tons were sold through out-of-home markets.
The German Frozen Food Institute represents the interests of the German frozen food industry. As an organization,it represents companies from all parts of the frozen food chain, from production to logistics and retail.
