Number of new online movies on major VOD platforms in China 2023

Adding 716 movies to its content library in 2023, Bilibili offered the largest number of new movies among Chinese video streaming platforms. About 68.5 percent of these titles were movies shown in cinemas. iQIYI, China's Netflix equivalent, enlarged its content base by 277 movies, almost two-thirds of which were online movies.
