Electric car sales in the Netherlands 2018-2023, by propulsion type

In 2023, nearly 111,000 new battery-electric cars were sold in the Netherlands, which represented an increase compared to 2022. Fuel cell electric cars, in contrast, declined in sales, down to 40 vehicles sold in the country.
