With 32 to 33 percent of responses, not feeling safe, not owning a bike, lack of infrastructer and discomfort were all nearly equal as the leading reasons for not using a bike among respondents from urban areas in Spain. Not knowing how to ride a bike, with 10 percent, and lack of public bike sharing, with 3 percent, were the lowest priority reasons.
