A survey conducted in 2023 in the United States and the United Kingdom among different age groups showed that almost 40 percent of the users between 16 and 34 years old used shoppable content through searches, followed by around 30 percent of those aged 35 to 54. The lower rates of usage of the ads are among the group aged over 55 years old, at less than ten percent in all the options mentioned in the survey.
