According to a survey by Rakuten Insight in May 2024, 59 percent of respondents in the Philippines said they had not participated in live commerce or live shopping events because they preferred to purchase from official websites or physical stores. Meanwhile, around 13 percent of respondents said they did not participate because the delivery times were not convenient for them.
