A 2023 survey found that approximately 98 percent of Millennials and 97 percent of Generation Z workers in Indonesia were interested in developing AI skills to advance their careers. In comparison, a lower level of interest was observed among Baby Boomers, with around 75 percent of respondents expressing interest.
