The future of analytics applications at contact centers worldwide was split between four outcomes in a 2024 survey. 87 percent of respondents claimed that, in the next two years, their contact center would be using either marketing analytics, sales analytics, social media analytics, or customer behavior analytics. Just behind these applications was customer journey analytics with 86 percent of respondents who claimed this would be used in the next two years at their contact center.
