Experience of increasing airfare on airline apps India 2024

When asked about their experience of booking tickets on airline websites or apps in a survey, over 70 percent of respondents reported frequently experiencing air fares being increased if they searched for it multiple times in a session while the original or lowest price was displayed upon logging in from a different device or browser or in incognito mode. In comparison, only three percent of respondents reported never having faced this issue.
