Potential influence of AI and deepfakes on upcoming elections 2024, by country

A 2024 survey of adults across the world found that about three in four consumers worried about the potential influence of AI and deepfakes on upcoming elections. Among the selected countries, Singapore and Mexico ranked first, with 83 percent of the consumers expressing their concerns regarding this, followed by the United States, where around 72 percent of respondents said they were worried about it.
