Around one third of UK business leaders see a shared responsibility between the government and businesses in setting targets for reducing North Sea oil and gas exploration activity. However, as much as 52 percent believe it to me more the government's responsibility. This compared to 44 percent of respondents who believe the government should be managing the North Sea oil and gas exit.
