This is a very present topic in Germany, with the shortage of skilled IT employees consistently estimated as high. Rapid developments in the fields of AI and cloud computing, to give just two examples, are of long-term crucial importance to businesses large and small, not to mention the private and public sectors in general. Expanding IT services staff is therefore of crucial importance on various levels.
