Doctors’ opinion on the future of AI in Latin America 2024
According to a 2024 survey carried out in Latin America, four in five doctors interviewed believed that AI will completely or partially transform their practice in the future. While 41 percent of the doctors expected positive changes in their practice due to AI, 53 percent believed that AI would create both positive and negative changes in their practice. As of that year, around one in four clinicians in South America had used AI for their work.
