Indonesia withdrew from OPEC in January 2009, rejoined in 2016 and withdrew again in December 2016, Angola joined OPEC in January 2007, Ecuador withdrew from OPEC in January 1993, rejoined in November 2007, and withdrew in January 2020, and Gabon withdrew from OPEC in July 1996 and and rejoined in July 2016, Equatorial Guinea joined OPEC in May 2017, Congo (Brazzaville) joined OPEC in June 2018, and Qatar withdrew from OPEC in January 2019.
