Area, production, and farm value of the following crops for which regular seasonal estimates are prepared in major producing States: Artichokes, asparagus, snap beans, broccoli, cabbage, cantaloups, carrots, cauliflower, celery, sweet corn, cucumbers, garlic, honeydew melons, head lettuce, leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, onions, green peppers, spinach, tomatoes, and watermelons.
This statistic was assembled from several USDA annual statistics reports.
cwt = centum weight is defined as 100 lb, which is equal to approximately 45.36 kg
