Purchase-only house price index for the U.S. Pacific region 1991-2022
The purchase-only house price index for the U.S. Pacific region increased between 1991 and 2022. The index, published by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, reflects the changes prices of houses, which were re-purchased at least twice. The index value amounted to 100 in the first quarter of 1991. In December 2022, the index value was equal to 439.5 index points. This was higher than the national average.
