U.S. online purchase in-store pickup reasons 2017

This statistic ranks the most common reasons that digital buyers in the United States pick up digital purchases in-store as of November 2017. According to the survey findings, 50 percent of respondents did so in order to save on shipping costs. This figure represents a decrease from 64 percent of respondents who stated the same in 2016.
