Ranking second, albeit far behind New York, was Los Angeles, with 5.15 million. Smaller markets like Phoenix, Tampa-St. Pete, Seattle-Tacoma, Detroit, and Minneapolis-St. Paul all had between 1.6 and 1.9 million television households each.
