While the majority of Domino’s restaurants are based in the United States, the chain has been working on cracking international markets too. In 2022, they recorded over 13 thousand international stores – a number that has increased year-over-year for the past decade. Not only has the number of stores been increasing steadily and speedily, the revenue of Domino’s has also seen major growth over the past 10 years. The pizza company generated significant revenue in 2022 amounting to 4.53 billion U.S. dollars.
Does growth equal consumer satisfaction?
Along with its growth, Domino’s Pizza ranked above the average limited service restaurant’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) score in 2022. During that year, the company received a score of 78. Fellow pizza chain Pizza Hut received a lower ACSI score of 77. Meanwhile, Papa John's received an ACSI score of 76.
