Lead recycling from new scrap in the U.S. 2005-2015

This statistic shows the volume of lead recycled from new scrap in the United States between 2005 and 2015. In 2015, around 193,000 metric tons of lead were recycled from new scrap in the U.S. Figures refer to scrap that results from the manufacturing process, including metal and alloy production. New scrap of lead excludes home scrap, which is scrap generated and recycled in the metal producing plant.
