In 2021, J.D. Power and Associates' "Kitchen cabinet satisfaction study" found that Quality Cabinets' cabinet brand was the most satisfying kitchen cabinet brand for U.S. consumers, with a satisfaction rating of 877. Quality Cabinets overtook American Woodmark, whose cabinets were the most satisfactory in 2020.
