The statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in selected European countries relating to the use of stock as an investment product in 2011. At the time of publication, 26 percent of respondents in Sweden stated that they had invested money in the form of stocks.

In the following 10 countries at least 1,000 interviews were carried out: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Great Britain and Switzerland. In a Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden at least 500 interviews were conducted.
