In the following 10 countries at least 1,000 interviews were carried out: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Great Britain and Switzerland. In a Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden at least 500 interviews were conducted.
