Worldwide familiarity with connected car services 2012

According to a recent survey conducted by Capgemini with more than 8,000 interviewees, there is a relatively high familiarity with connected car services among drivers worldwide. The highest percentage of consumers familiar with these services was found to be in India: 22 percent responded wth a positive. In contrast, consumers in Germany were the least familiar, with only 7 percent.
