Number of patent infringement investigations instituted U.S. 2022

In the fourth quarter of 2022, there were 71 new U.S. International Trade Commission patent infringement investigations instituted in the United States. In 2020, there were 52 patent infringement investigations instituted, and in 2021, this rose to 82 investigations instituted.
