Number of patent infringement investigations instituted U.S. 2023

In the third quarter of 2023, there were 55 new U.S. International Trade Commission patent infringement investigations instituted in the United States. In 2020, there were 52 patent infringement investigations instituted, and in 2021, this rose to 82 investigations instituted.
