This statistic shows the global perception of the importance of personal contacts in dealings with the public sector in 2013. The survey was conducted between September 2012 and March 2013 in 107 countries around the world. In 2013, 31 percent of respondents around the world stated that personal contacts and/or relationships were very important in their dealings with the public sector.
