Iran's oil exports by region 2012-2021

Since 2012, the largest volume of Iranian oil is exported to Asia. In 2021, 434.7 thousand barrels per day were exported to the Other Asia region, and 229.8 thousand barrels per day were exported to China. In 2016 and 2017, China alone imported some 582 and 515 thousand barrels daily, respectively. Iran used to export oil to Africa until 2016, when the last export volume was of 800 barrels per day.
