Oil consumption in Spain 1990-2022
In 2022, Spain's oil consumption amounted to 62 million metric tons, up from nearly 56.6 million metric tons in the previous year. During the period in consideration, consumption of oil in the European country increased by some 15.3 million metric tons. Furthermore, Spain ranks amongst the world's major oil consuming countries.
