U.S. search engines ranked by number of core searches 2008-2018 This statistic shows the number of core search queries processed by the top four online search engines in the United States as of January 2018. During that month, Oath processed 2.01 billion search queries and market leader Google processed 11.05 billion search queries. In total, Google accounted for 63.2 percent of the U.S. desktop search market. Google was also the leading mobile search provider in the United States, accounting for 94.4 percent of the market as of October 2017.
