Television shipments worldwide forecast 2015-2024

In 2023, the global television industry experienced a slight dip in shipments, to around 197 million units, the lowest ever since 2015. However, the shipment volumes are expected to remain stable for the year 2024.

The global TV market’s recent growth is driven by advanced technologies such as smart, OLED, and QLED TVs, as well as demand for 4K and 8K resolution. Samsung leads the TV market
