Households in the fifth decile group spent an average of 27.90 British pounds a week on the operation of personal transport e.g. spares, accessories, petrol, diesel and other motor oils, repairs, servicing and other motoring costs. The income group with the highest weekly expenditure is the highest ten percent group, who spend a total of 66.30 British pounds.
