Data on the total annual value of losses on card-not present (CNP) fraud for debit and credit cards issued in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2002 to 2020 shows that the total annual value of losses on card not present fraud for UK debit and credit cards increased with fluctuation during the period under observation, reaching a value of 452.6 million British pounds in 2020. The smallest value of losses for card-not present fraud occurred in 2002, when fraud losses amounting to 110.1 million British pounds were recorded.
