This statistic shows the percentage y-o-y change in the weekly retail sales value of alcoholic drinks, other beverages and tobacco in Great Britain (GB) from February 2020. In February 2020, the amount spent on alcohol, beverages and tobacco increased by 18.1 percent compared to a year earlier. The biggest increase in sales during the period under consideration was in December 2019 with 71.5 percent.
