Trade union density in the water management industry in the UK 1995-2018

This statistics shows the percentage of employees that were members of a trade union (trade union density) in water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities in the United Kingdom from 1995 to 2018. During this period, union density experienced a net decline of by 28.7 percent. Trade union density peaked in 1997 at 58.5 percent. In the most recent surveyed time period, 28.8 percent of employees in the water management industry were members of a trade union.
