U.S. coconut oil consumption 2002-2022
Since 2002, the consumption of coconut oil in the U.S. has fluctuated, but overall increased by almost 40 percent. According to the report, U.S. domestic coconut oil consumption amounted to approximately 540,000 metric tons in 2022. The global production volume of coconut oil amounted to 3.51 million metric tons in that year.
