These were 'consistent experiences and information', 'interactive experiences' and 'personalised in-store experiences'. According to the survey conducted in the United Kingdom (UK) in the first half of 2013, 18 to 33 year olds rated a personalised in-store experience the highest with 3.8 out of 5.
