Extent to which neighbourhoods pull together in England 2008-2016 This statistic shows the share of the population who agreed that people in their neighbourhood pull together to improve the neighbourhood in England from 2008/2009 to 2015/2016. According to the survey, this feeling of togetherness decreased from 2008/2009 to 2013/2014, with a low of 60 percent of respondents agreeing with the statement in 2013/2014. An increase of 68 percent of respondents agreed with the statement the latter year.
